I would like to ask about Yan Luo Wang. Are they Taoist God also? (There are 18 of them) Is Bao Gong one of them? (He is the fifth in sequence). Thank You.

There are many stories about God / Goddess. Some of them are true, and some are not true. Even there are stories which make us confused and mislead.
