What is the method to practice communicating with God? E.g. handwriting, hearing. And what are the things should be done or improve from now?
Answer :
Most important things are to be active and consistent in exercising Shen Kung everyday. The method has to be learnt directly from seniors who are in this case has a lot of experience. Besides the need to know the method, it is also important to know the whole picture, so it would be easy to understand. Other things to be prepared are good morality and to implement those in everyday life. So understand the method correctly, then implement and practice it consistently, at the same time improve morality and to implement those in real life.
